Mission:

  • Create an impactful owned, earned and paid media strategy, utilising target social influencers, creative storytelling and aspirational assets to ultimately drive conversions (restaurant bookings) via the website
  • Set up pixel tracking for ads, to ensure detailed reporting and allowing us to demonstrate tangible return on investment.

Approach:

  • Curated an integrated digital and media strategy focusing on increasing site traffic and resulting conversions (bookings)
  • Supported the objectives by running creative featuring the various packages and experiences, while also aligning with seasonal moments.
  • Once new audiences and creative were implemented, we saw a significant lift in performance starting in January 2024.

Results:

  • Achieve 4:1 average ROAS across paid social ads across the first 6 months of 2024, driving bookings uplift
  • Achieved 500k organic impressions over this period
  • Successfully engaged with aligned global influencers to support storytelling and awareness
